The first slab is laid!

The first slab has been laid this week with three more planned over the next week. It's great to see the buildings beginning to take shape and see the school evolving each week!


And on the subject of community and feedback …

This TED talk from Dave Meslin discusses some reasons why he believes people are not as involved in local community issues. There are some interesting points raised which we can take on board for our future community engagement.

Community Feedback

At our community meeting in March we asked for some feedback from attendees. The responses have been collated into a wordle to show a visual representation of what the community believes:

What might the qualities of an excellent teacher be?

What did you like about school?

Feedback is very important to us and we look forward to building on the relationships begun at our community meeting and exploring these questions more throughout the year.
